Katla Fish (Asian Carp) Fry


Katla fish fry is a popular dish in many parts of India. The fish is marinated in a mixture of spices and then fried until crispy.

  • Katla fish
  • Oil
  • Katla fish
  • Oil

Utensils

Kadai, Cooking Spoon, Serving Plate

Preparation


Step 1

Wash properly the katla fish pisces


Step 2

Add Salt(to taste), Turmeric Power.



Step 3

Take a Kadai in a stove, add white/mustard oil, Oil should be taken to drown the fish, add pinch of Salt to oil.


Step 4

Put the fish pisces one by one slowly into the oil, fry well until its became golden brown both side
