Pizza Paratha


Pizza Paratha is a delicious and easy to make snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. It is made with a simple dough of white flour, egg, and butter/white oil, which is then fried and topped with a delicious tomato sauce. This snack is perfect for breakfast or as an evening snack.



Ingredients

  • Maida 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 pinch
  • Baking power 1psp
  • Water (as required)
  • Onion 1 pc (medium size)
  • Green chili (to taste)
  • Carrot 1 (medium size)
  • You can add more vegs (its optional)
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Amul Spray (1 tsp / optional to taste better)

(Add more vegetables like Capsicum, Spring Onion etc)


Utensils

Bowl, Frying Pan, Cooking Spoon, Serving Plate

Preparation


Step 1

Take a Bowl, in a bowl add Maida, Egg, Sugar, Baking Powder to the bowl and mix well. Then add water slowly and mix to make a batter. The batter is not to be thick.


Step 2

Add sliced onion, carrot and chopped green chilies in the batter and mix well until small bubbles start forming.



Step 3

Take a frying pan to fry. Take 1tsp oil in a pan and put some batter and do the batter spread like a pizza.


Step 4

Flip sides one by one. Fry until Golden Brown.
